Arrival by car

The best way to reach our hotel is via the Tauern Autobahn (A10). Take the exit for Pongau/Bischofshofen and follow the federal road B311 to St. Johann im Pongau. From there, continue on the Großarler Landesstraße. At the roundabout (the only one in Großarl), take the first exit and you’ll be in the district of "Unterberg". Follow the road for another 200 metres, and you’ll reach your destination.

From the north / Germany (Munich): take the A8 towards Salzburg and then continue on the Tauern motorway (A10) to Bischofshofen. From there, head into the Großarltal.

From the South / Italy: take the A22 towards Brenner Pass, then continue on the A13 and the Tauern Autobahn (A10) towards Salzburg and drive to Bischofshofen. From there, continue into the Großarltal.

We will park your car for you in our spacious, on-site underground garage for free. After ringing at the gate, a friendly staff member will open it, allowing you to park your car for check-in at the roundabout. We also have charging stations for electric vehicles (charging for a fee.

Arrival by plane

Salzburg Airport (SZG) Approximately 70 km away and easily accessible.
Munich Airport (MUC) Approximately 220 km away, approx. 2.5 hours drive to the resort.

Your time-out begins immediately after landing. From Salzburg or Munich Airport, you can reach us quickly and easily. We’re happy to arrange a comfortable shuttle service that will bring you directly to us. For this, please make a short advance reservation. There are also car rental options available at both airports. Please contact the providers directly.

If you are arriving by private plane, you can also land at Salzburg Airport. We are happy to organise further transfers by helicopter or limousine. Please contact us for individual arrangements.

Arrival by train

Get in, arrive & enjoy.

Our resort is easily accessible by train. The nearest train stations are in Bischofshofen and St. Johann im Pongau, which are regularly connected by long-distance services.

From Germany: take the direct connections to Salzburg and change there to a train to St. Johann im Pongau.

From Austria (Vienna): there are daily direct connections to St. Johann im Pongau.

From the train station we are happy to organise a shuttle, which takes you directly to our resort in just 20-30 minutes.

We offer our guests an exclusive, special limousine transfer service in partnership with a local company. We are happy to arrange pick-up for you with a luxury vehicle from Mercedes-Benz or VW, whether from Salzburg or Munich Airport, any train station, or even your home.
