Individuality and regionality are the trends of the hour for Peter and Karin Hettegger. The family business is well equipped for this, with a total of fourteen Hetteggers looking after the well-being of guests, including many regular customers. They are available with advice and action, if it concerns trip goals or Tipps to the region. The "EDELWEISS" has not without reason a musketeer quote on its homepage: "One for all, all for one". From grandpa to grandchild, everyone is present at the hotel.

In 2018, Karin and Peter Jun. Hettegger took over the historic resort in the third generation. Full of heart and soul, innovative spirit and a special feeling for design, technology and tradition, the Hettegger family shaped the hotel into what it is today: a highly modern and luxurious vacation destination with a future. Then as now, the focus is on contact with guests and family togetherness for all 14 family members.

Successful is also the recent reconstruction from May - July 2023: A completely new family area in the EDELWEISS Mountain Spa as well as spacious family suites with a far-reaching view that pays off.
