To make your stay with us as pleasant and uncomplicated as possible, we have put together a digital guest platform with all the important information. From the weekly program and current events in Grossarl, to spa treatments and the EDELWEISS store.

Cancellation Policy 2024

Cancellation is free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival.
41 days to 3 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total accommodation price.
From 2 days before arrival & no show we charge 100% of the total price.

Cancellation Protection
In order to avoid unnecessary cancellation costs, we recommend the completion of a "European travel insurance".

Payment
You can pay with us in cash, with an EC card, Visa, Master or American Express card. Your reservation is confirmed after a deposit of 50% of the total price of your stay has been made.

Local Tax
Adults: € 2,30 per night
Kids up to age 15 are considered tax-free

Can I bring my dog to the hotel?
Your beloved four-legged friend is very welcome at our hotel.
For your dog we charge € 25.00 up to a shoulder height of 30 cm and € 50.00 for a shoulder height of 30 cm or more per day. To make your pet feel at home with us, we are happy to provide a dog basket with blanket and a "welcome treat" package. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. Where can I smoke?
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. The restaurants and lounges are also non-smoking. In order to offer our cigar smokers a pleasant atmosphere, we have set up a stylish "Church.Hill" smoking lounge with comfortable leather couches. Time to enjoy smoking a cigar while drinking a good glass of whiskey.

You feel incredibly comfortable at DAS EDELWEISS? You would like to share your happiness with the whole wide world? Then do it! When you leave, you will receive a recommendation card that you can pass on to a friend. If they fill out the card and enjoy a vacation with us, we will give you both a gift.

If your friend books a vacation with us, you as a "referrer" will receive a voucher worth € 10.00 per booked night and person. For example, if your friend enjoys a seven-night stay with one other person, you will receive a voucher worth € 140.00. In addition, our new guest, to whom you have recommended THE EDELWEISS Salzburg Mountain Resort, will receive a small surprise in his room upon arrival.
