The Großarltal-Dorfgastein ski area opened the new Kieserlbahn in Großarl 2023/24 winterseason - which also brings new slopes and two restaurants. In the valley station, the “Cantina & Pizza Inferno” serves Italian classics. At 2,000 meters, the RESTAURANT “WOLKE 7” with a 360 degree panoramic terrace welcome its guests to the mountain station since December 2023. Both restaurants are characterized by their elegant design and high quality and are run by the 3 host families Hettegger, Pichler & Neudegger from Großarl.

"Float on cloud nine" in the beautiful Grossarltal in Salzburger Land. Firstly, because of the Grossarltal-Dorfgastein ski area, which has also opened up more slopes with the new 10-seater gondola lift to Kieserl. Secondly, because the three host families from Grossarltal provide a new experience on the mountain.
In future, guests will be able to enjoy first-class pizza and pasta in the stylish ambience of the 80-seat "Cantina & Pizza Inferno" located in the valley station.
Winter sports enthusiasts can reach the Kieserl summit plateau on the newly built 10-seater gondola lift, where the hosts in the "Skylounge Wolke 7", where dishes such as carpaccio, burrata and homemade pasta can be found on the menu. A wide variety of curries are prepared daily at the front cooking station. Desserts such as créme brulée or homemade Kaiserschmarrn are the crowning glory of a culinary stopover.
The Skylounge Wolke 7 offers space for 140 people inside and, in good weather, for a further 140 people on the spectacular 360-degree panoramic terrace. It is not only an inviting place to stop for a bite to eat, but also for events. DJs will set the mood in front of the white Alpine landscape. Weddings, birthdays and many other special moments can also be celebrated in the Skylounge Wolke 7.

Hotel guests also enjoy an exclusive service with ski rental and ski school right in the hotel. You can store your ski clothing, boots and boards in the modern ski depots with integrated drying function.
